The Community Association and some strata plans have contracts with Aster to provide cleaning services. Others have contracted with Havencab.

There is a notebook in each mailroom where you can leave notes for your building’s cleaner. If you have any other issues, contact your strata manager.

The Community Association cleaners cater for cleaning of CA property – The Station, Glasshouse pool and gym, Security Gatehouse, Estate Management office, Pot Still Room, tennis courts.
