Community Association Estate Management is responsible for maintaining the common property of and supervising maintenance services for the Community Association. The services provided to the CA include:

Hours: Monday-Friday 8:30am-4:30pm (excluding public holidays)
Manage Meant Pty Ltd is currently contracted by the Community Association to provide estate management services.

Tony has provided handyman services throughout the Estate for more than 15 years. He focuses on maintaining aspects of common property for the Community Association and some strata plans. He supports the estate managers to ensure the estate is maintained at the highest level. |

River is the heart and soul of the Estate Management team, and is the reason many residents attend the Estate Management Office. River’s dedication to fetching tennis balls is unmatched and he is willing to chase a ball at all hours. |
