Estate Management

Community Association Estate Management is responsible for maintaining the common property of and supervising maintenance services for the Community Association. The services provided to the CA include:

All CA-owned facilities – the Station, the Glasshouse pool and gym, the tennis courts, the Pot Still room and this website.
Provision of Resident Services
Managing the Security services provider
Cleaning
Building maintenance and repair
Landscaping
Waste management
Electronic access control
Annual fire services certification

Community Association Estate Manager

Located at: Estate Management office at 45 Bowman Street, on the lower ground floor of Distillery

Hours: Monday-Friday 8:30am-4:30pm (excluding public holidays)

Manage Meant Pty Ltd is currently contracted by the Community Association to provide estate management services.

	Handyman: Tony Newick Mobile: 0414 395 295 Tony has provided handyman services throughout the Estate for more than 15 years. He focuses on maintaining aspects of common property for the Community Association and some strata plans. He supports the estate managers to ensure the estate is maintained at the highest level.
	Estate Collie: River River is the heart and soul of the Estate Management team, and is the reason many residents attend the Estate Management Office. River’s dedication to fetching tennis balls is unmatched and he is willing to chase a ball at all hours. If you need any compassionate support, River is available most days in the Estate Management office.
