Moving In/Out of Jacksons Landing (including large deliveries)

Please ensure that you understand the moving procedures for your strata building prior to your move by contacting your strata building manager and/or reading your strata moving procedures documentation. Details of your building manager and/or your strata moving procedures are available on your strata page.

In general, you need to book all moves with Resident Services Management (RSM) on 02 8565 9400 or with your building banager (BM), and pay a bond against damage to the common property. RSM/BM will make the booking and advise Security. For many buildings (see list below) you will need to have the move supervised either by a security officer or a representative of your strata such as your building manager.

If you need large items delivered (e.g. fridge, lounge suite, bed), you may also have to book the delivery time with RSM or Security, so that you do not conflict with others moving in/out of your building.

To Book A Move

Unless otherwise stated within the moving procedures for your building, please complete below documents and forward to Resident Services Management at rsm@jacksonslanding.org.au.

Alternatively please visit the Estate Management office (45 Bowman Street, lower ground floor of Distillery, Monday-Friday 8:30am-4:30pm excluding public holidays). For after-hours enquiries, please contact Security. Please note: Security does not have authority to confirm bookings for the move. All after-hours requests will be attended to during business hours.

The following stratas require an ad hoc guard to be present:

  • Distillery
  • Knox
  • McCafferys
  • Reflections
  • Silk
  • Stonecutters
  • Sugardock.

To book an ad hoc guard, please complete the Ad Hoc Guard Order Form and Moving Request Form (above) and return to Resident Services Management with EFT receipt.

Again – Each strata building has its own rules and procedures for moving in and out. You should check your strata building page for more details.

Do not book your removalist until your move booking has been confirmed through either Resident Services Management or your Building Manager. If any removalists are onsite and the move has not been confirmed, they will be turned away and any associated costs will be borne by the resident.
