SERVICES
The Community Association manages the following services on behalf of all residents and owners in Jacksons Landing. Click on a service to find out more. Strata Management is to help run the CA itself. Building Management is to help manage and maintain the physical assets of the CA. Resident Services Management (RSM) and/or Security can assist with most resident enquiries.
Many stratas have their own contracts for services such as Strata Management, Building Management, Cleaning and so on which they manage themselves. Refer to the relevant strata pages for more information.
Facilities
The Community Association owns and manages the following facilities on behalf of all residents and owners in Jacksons Landing.
Click on a facility to view the rules, check availability, bookings, etc. You can book the tennis courts,
station or community meeting room by contacting Resident Services Management (RSM) or Security.
Many stratas have their own facilities which they manage themselves (pool, gym, bbq, etc). Refer to the relevant strata pages for more information.
